Supplier Eligibility Process

Suppliers wishing to do business with National Grid must be prequalified to be included on bid lists. Exceptions can be considered, depending on the type of service or materials needed.

Suppliers will be evaluated based on the information that is supplied to National Grid using the forms on this page. Procurement and stakeholder departments will review the submitted forms and determine whether or not to approve the supplier’s application.

Suppliers can be removed from any of the approved supplier lists at any time if National Grid determines that required standards are not being met, a conflict of interest exists, or when it may be in the best interest of both parties.
